A Taste Of Hingham - May 18, 2019 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Every year, downtown Hingham is transformed into an incredible outdoor festival which showcases some of the best local restaurants, merchants, artists, performers and more. 
 
Founded in 2004 as a means of celebrating all that Hingham has to offer while also raising funds to benefit over 15 South Shore non-profit organizations, the outdoor festival is the can’t miss Hingham event of the year. Sponsored by The Hingham Congregational Church, the Hingham Downtown Association and Eat Well, Inc, a Taste of Hingham has raised more than $250,000.00 for non-profits and serves as a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the very best of this beloved town.
 
Attendees can taste a vast variety of delicious samplings, from appetizers, entrees, desserts, candy, ice cream while also enjoying live music, art projects for kids, horse-drawn hayrides and so much more.
 
100% of the proceeds from the event are distributed to non-profit organizations by the Board of Outreach of the Hingham Congregational Church.

Nantasket Beach Car Show - SUNDAY JUNE 9, 2019. Show Hours: 9:00am-2:00pm

Fun for the whole family. Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA is hosting it’s 15th Annual Nantasket Beach Car Show. Come enjoy a day by the ocean while viewing hundreds of classic, antique and modern cars and trucks which will be beautifully displayed along a half mile of Nantasket Avenue. The event is hosted by the Rotary Club of Nantasket Hull in cooperation with the Hull Police Department, The Town of Hull, The Plymouth County Sheriff's Department and the DCR with a portion of the proceeds will benefit Cops for Kids with Cancer.

The Wilder Fair - June 1st, 10am-2pm.

A longstanding tradition within the Hingham community, the Wilder Fair sees the Wilder Nursery School playground transformed into an incredible carnival atmosphere for one very special day every year. Kids can partake in a variety of fun activities including a bouncy house, an obstacle course, face painting, and inventive games.
 
For the adults the fair is a fantastic way to spend a sunny day with the kids while also catching up with friends. If you are looking to win, parents can also bid on fabulous silent auction items and baskets ranging from Red Sox tickets, cupcakes for your next party, or home cooked meals delivered directly to your door. As a little souvenir of sorts, kids create canvas tote bags decorated with their artwork which they get to take home.
 
Come hungry because hot dogs, homemade baked treats and drinks will be available. Don’t miss out on this special once a year tradition.
